Pretending it's Fall

Hey look, it's me! Bare-faced and counting down the days until Fall. Until I can get out of this humid 97 degree heat Florida calls Summer (Hell), I will just have to pretend it's fall with my face. Erm. With makeup. With vampire blood colored lips and matching rose-toned smokey eyes.

First, I started out by sponging KatVonD 24hr Lock-It Foundation all over my face with a Real Techniques beauty blender. Making sure to cover up all of my freckles since we're pretending it's fall, I must look like a ghost. I then concealed with my cult-favorite Maybelline "Age Rewind" brightening concealer, and set everything in with the Rimmel "Stay Matte" transparent powder.

Next up: highlighting and contouring with my new favorite KatVonD Shade&Light Pallet. These shades are a perfect match for my ghostly skin tone, I honestly wish I would have discovered this months ago.
For an extra glowy highlight, I used a transparent gold glitter eye-shadow from Ulta, because it's pretty so why not?

How pretty are these rosy shades? I used my rose-gold Naked3 shadows to add depth on my eyelids, and then I took the more neutral shade and smoked out around and underneath. I used the KatVonD Tattoo liner to add baby wings, and used TwoFaced Better-Than-Sex mascara on my upper and lower lashes. I think by this point I've done my brows too- I used Anastasia Beverly Hills Eyebrow powder in taupe!

To finish off the whole look, and truly make this a Fall tutorial, I put on KVD Liquid Lipstick in "Vampira". Although I did have to put on two layers to achieve the full opacity, I have to say this is the prettiest shade I own from her collection.

Below are the palettes I used- You can find them all at Sephora!
